Order Processing Time   
Our products are produced by hand in small batches to ensure quality, freshness and personal attention. Due to our "fresh process", lead times are usually pretty fast, but may average 5 business days. Please allow time for personal attention to be paid to the production of your order and additional time for delivery.  If you need your items fast, let us know & we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Info  
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for orders $50 or less.  Free shipping for orders over $50.01 will be processed either by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or by Fedex. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. 



We want you to love our products as much as we love making them.  We gladly will exchange/return items that have not been used or items that have arrived damaged or defective.  Please send an email to waterworksbathco@gmail.com to process your return/exchange.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping.  We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Products


If we accidentally ship you an incorrect item, , please let us know right away so we can fulfill your order correctly.  You may be requested to send a picture of the incorrect item as well as the packing list.  We apologize, errors can happen and we will gladly fix it immediately.

Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur. Your computer/smart phone may show color differences from screen to screen.

Order Acceptance Policy   
Once submitting your order an order confirmation will be sent. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Water Works Bath Co. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.



We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Rinse Bath & Body site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Product Listing Errors   
Sometimes a product may be posted with incorrect information.  Due to these types of errors Water Works Bath Co. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed.  Most times this may be due to incorrect fragrance/ingredient description or pricing errors.  We will make every effort to offer the customer the correct product/pricing.  If the order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
